A: To order custom and 3-D cakes we advise you to build your own cake (B.Y.O.C) or Contact us . Be sure to add in flavor, sizes, tiers, color, fondant/frosting and other details.
A: One cupcake feeds one person. We advise you to get a head count of each guest before ordering to ensure everyone receives a cupcake. We also suggest you order a little more than the actual guest count to be sure any extra guests receives a cupcake as well.

A: No, after building your own cake we will call or email you to verify everything in the order is correct. Next, we will send you an invoice with the exact price. If contacted straight through email a list of questions and directions will be sent to you. All questions emailed MUST be answered before a final price can be given.
A: Yes, you can make changes to your order but, NO changes can be made two weeks prior to order date.
A: If you are ordering a custom cake please make sure you put in your order at least two weeks in advance. Any time after that you will be charged an additional fee (prices may vary) and will have to make a 50% deposit with in the due date (two days max). If amount is not paid before the due date your request will be cancelled.
A: To change the frosting flavor please use second drop box. If you do not make this change we will assume you want the frosting that originally comes on the cake or cupcake.
A: We recommend large custom orders for birthdays be placed at least a month in advance and at least three months for weddings.
A: If there is an ingredient in the cupcake you do not want, please specify in the custom box before checking out. E.g. pecans on Red Passion (red velvet) cupcake.
