FAQs

Q: What if i have allergies?

A: It is the customer's responsibility to notify our staff of any allergens, please view the bottom of the Menu page for food allergen disclaimer. 


Q: How can I order a custom cake or a 3-D cake?

A: To order custom and 3-D cakes we advise you to build your own cake (B.Y.O.C) or Contact us . Be sure to add in flavor, sizes, tiers, color, fondant/frosting and other details. 


Q: How many people does a cupcake feed?

A:  One cupcake feeds one person. We advise you to get a head count of each  guest before ordering to ensure everyone receives a cupcake. We also  suggest you order a little more than the actual guest count to be sure  any extra guests receives a cupcake as well.

Q: What is the best way to order a wedding cake?

A: The best way to order a wedding cake is to build your own cake (B.Y.O.C) or Contact us.



Q: I built my own cake is that the final price?

A:  No, after building your own cake we will call or email you to verify  everything in the order is correct. Next, we will send you an invoice  with the exact price. If contacted straight through email a  list of questions and directions will be sent to you. All questions  emailed MUST be answered before a final price can be given. 


Q: Can I make changes to my order?

A: Yes, you can make changes to your order but, NO changes can be made two weeks prior to order date.

Q: How many days in advance should I put in a request for my custom order?

A: If you are ordering a custom cake please make sure you put  in your order at least two weeks in advance. Any time after that you  will be charged an additional fee (prices may vary) and will have to make a 50% deposit  with in the due date (two days max). If amount is not paid before the due date your  request will be cancelled.



Q: How can I change a frosting flavor? 

A:  To change the frosting flavor please use second drop box. If you do not  make this change we will assume you want the frosting that originally  comes on the cake or cupcake. 


 Q: How much time in advance do I need to place a custom order?

A: We recommend large custom orders for birthdays be placed at least a month in advance and at least three months for weddings. 

 

Q: What if there is an ingredient in the cupcake I do not want?

A:  If there is an ingredient in the cupcake you do not want, please  specify in the custom box before checking out. E.g. pecans on Red  Passion (red velvet) cupcake.




Q: What if I want to request a cake/frosting flavor I do not see on the menu?

A: To request a cake/frosting flavor that is not listed on the menu, please Contact us. 




Q: How many people does a cake feed?

A: View Serving Charts for serving amounts. 

Q: How long does it take for a response after submitting a special request?

A: It can take up to 24 hours to receive a response for all special requests.



Q: How long does it take for a response after submitting a question or concern?

A: It can take up to 24 hours to receive a response for all questions or concerns.  



Q: I submitted a request in Contact us box how will I receive a response and when? 

A: After a request or question is submitted in contact us box you will receive an email with in 24 hours.

Q: What if I want a refund after paying and receiving my order? 

A: There are absolutely NO REFUNDS after receiving your order. Please review our Return policy prior to ordering. If a customer is not satisfied with an order, a discount code or complimentary item of choice on the menu may be offered.


Q: What if I want to return my order?

A: There are NO RETURNS. Please review our Return policy prior to ordering.



Q: What if I want to cancel my order?

A: To cancel an order please Contact us at least 4 days in advance and a 50% refund will be submitted to you in the same form of payment.
